| | | | | | Selecta announces closing of sale to Allianz Capital Partners GmbHCH, July 2007 The sale of Selecta Group to an investment company controlled by Allianz Capital Partners. Following the change of control to the Allianz Group entity the company will continue to be lead by a leadership team including Justin Tydeman, CEO, Thomas Nussbaumer, COO, and Martin Schwab, CFO, Dr. Jörg Baldauf and James Conrad will represent ACP on the Board of Directors. As external Board member, This E. Schneider, CEO of Forbo Group, will assume the role of non-executvie Chairman.
Selecta is the European market leader in vending with approximately 150.000 points of sale in 25 countries. The company generates approx CHF 1.3 billion annual revenues with over 5000 employees. | |
