Following the change of control to the Allianz Group entity the company will continue to be lead by a leadership team including Justin Tydeman, CEO, Thomas Nussbaumer, COO, and Martin Schwab, CFO, Dr. Jörg Baldauf and James Conrad will represent ACP on the Board of Directors. As external Board member, This E. Schneider, CEO of Forbo Group, will assume the role of non-executvie Chairman.
