We invest in more than 120,000 hours of training yearly to ensure our merchandisers and technicians deliver the highest quality service in terms of customer care, hygiene, safety, technology and where applicable, ISO training procedures. We take great care to keep optimising uptime management and are constantly working to keep our average vending machines uptime at 96%. Quality translates into 1000 highly skilled technicians across Europe set up to react quickly keeping problems to a minimum Quality of details Our employees pay attention to details because they know it counts – details like regular coffee quality testing to ensure consistent taste. It’s the best way to ensure our consumers get a great cup of coffee every time. The proportion of coffee to water, the brewing time, bringing the water to a boil and, of course, the freshness of the coffee. Our employees go out on each job with a fresh attitude because they know it makes a difference; they help put Quality into action so that everybody wins. We have best in class category managers who work closely with our suppliers. Using field data statistics they bring you the best product range selection at all times, according to consumer needs, whether coffee vending, cold drinks and snacks or hot foods. We motivate our employees by demonstrating management commitment to Quality, by setting challenging goals and by giving them responsibility and recognition. It is through employee involvement that goals and targets can be achieved in the shortest time. Quality of feedback We undertake regular consumer and client satisfaction surveys about our services - real feedback helps us know what people think and want and helps us continue improving. We independently quality-check thousands of machines every year to make sure we are delivering on our promises and still paying attention to all the little details that have helped us lead the market for so long. Trained auditors visit a cross-section of our points-of-sale across Europe making sure standards are met, machines are clean and well stocked, etc. We only ever work with our own staff.
