We invest in more than 120’000 hours of training every year to ensure our merchandisers and technicians deliver the highest quality service in terms of customer care, hygiene, safety, technology and where applicable, ISO training procedures. We take great care to keep optimising uptime management and are constantly working to keep our average vending machines uptime at 96%. Quality translates into 1000 highly skilled technicians across Europe set up to react quickly keeping problems to a minimum.

Our employees pay attention to details because they know it counts – details like regular coffee quality testing to ensure consistent taste. It’s the best way to ensure our consumers get a great cup of coffee every time.
