With around 7,000 associates, we’re committed to building a fully inclusive and truly diverse working community. Women currently make up around 30% of our workforce. We hold to the highest standards of ethics, integrity and teamwork, and expect open and honest communication at all times.


Health and safety
We're committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our associates, clients, contractors and visitors. We have rigorous procedures in place throughout our supply chain, in compliance with quality management and food safety standards. Through innovation and constant improvement we’re working towards zero accidents in the workplace. We work hard to look after associates who face higher levels of risk, such as our drivers. Our Safe Home programme provides drivers with one-to-one online road safety and awareness training, to help make sure everyone always gets home safe.
